I just found Arizona Diet Peach Tea at Walgreens and just love it. It's now my new favorite.  It's sweetened with Splenda so at 3 servings per can you need to count 3 carbs if you are counting carbs.

Yields: approx. 32-36 medium size cookies

O Carbs/sugarfree!

Ingredients:

1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar substitute
(I use Xylitol powder from swanson.com it's made from birch tree not corn and no carbs while Splenda will add 1 carb per tsp.-you can also use Truvia or other products made from stevia for no carbs)

3 tablespoons of Just Whites and 1/2 cup warm water 
(the meringue cookie recipe is on the label)

1 teaspoon Kroger vanilla and butternut extract or your choice of flavoring

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 225 degrees

**If you are using the "just whites" then that needs to sit for 2 minutes after forking the mixture together in hot water, then beat until it begins to foam.  Follow the rest of the directions.

Low-Carb Sugar Free Jello Cheese cake

This time I made it with Lemon sugar free jello and 1/4 cup of DaVinci Almond flavored sf syrup.

Ingredients:
1 (6 oz) package sugar-free lemon Jell-O powder 2 (8 ozs) packages cream cheese 4 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute (6 tsp of xylitol sweetner)1 cup boiling water1/4 cup sugar free da vinci almond syrupDirections: Boil water and dissolve lemon Jell-O. Mix in softened cream cheese, Splenda, and syrup. Beat with a mixer for about 3 minutes or until well blended and fluffy. Pour into a Pam sprayed pie pan, and refrigerate until firm. You can use other flavors of Jell-O for this. Strawberry and lime are also excellent. Top with freshly whipped cream.

This the best flour-less chocolate mug cake-try it

1 egg, beaten well
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. heavy cream or half/half or CC milk
2 Tbs. cocoa
5 tsp. of xylitol or 10pk Spenda (splenda has 1 carb per packet!)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbs. softened butter Mix and microwave 1 min. to 1 min 30 seconds. I would add in the Stevia to the melted butter since it is hot and will dissolve better.  Make sure you mix it well and don't completely melt the butter. With the SF whipped topping it was very good...something I can get use to. lol

Total carbs: count at 1

Cocoa is 0 if you buy the store brand (2 carbs-2 Fiber=0)
1 Egg = 0 (some count as 1 carb)
Vanilla = 0
Xylitol/Truvia/Stevia = 0
Butter = 0
